Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of End User Services in collaboration with the infrastructure team, suppliers, and business process owners.
- Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, contracting, performance monitoring, and vendor governance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies and external security and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation for EUS-related services and initiatives.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve support processes; monitor support performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.
- Facilitate the Key User Community to ensure effective communication, feedback, and engagement between IT and business users.
- Lead stakeholder communication efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment across business and IT.
- Maintain comprehensive solution documentation and develop training concepts to support user adoption and operational readiness.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven expertise in End User Services processes and technologies, including service desk operations, device management, collaboration tools, and user support frameworks.
- Broad knowledge of information technology domains, including information security principles, systems architecture, and system integration practices.
- Demonstrated experience in IT service management, with strong capabilities in sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting within an IT services context.
- Strong leadership background with experience in managing and developing support teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
- Demonstrates proactive leadership by taking ownership of support performance and driving accountability across teams and partners.
You are a confident communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. You take a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and thrive in dynamic environments by prioritizing tasks and delivering results with consistency. With a strong understanding of business needs, you align IT services accordingly and bring a process-oriented mindset to everything you do.
