About Information Management Function
Information Management (IM) is a Global Function that develops, manages, and operates IT Services globally in Wärtsilä, respecting the differences in the businesses to ensure that Wärtsilä gets strategic value from the use of technology and information.
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a senior level Leader for Key User Community, to lead and manage various duties and obligations in IM Service Management organization. Purpose of this role is to lead and manage the ERP Key User Community's further development and implementation to Wärtsilä business after ERP S4HANA Hypercare period. The key user network is facilitated setup, aiming for continuous improvement; clear service delivery model and strengthening application development process.
As a Leader of Key User Community, you are the owner of ERP Key User concept and you take active role in implementing Key User role to the processes jointly with business stakeholders. This requires defining and leading process and tool changes and setting up management practises. Purpose is to ensure that Key Users are well-trained, knowledgeable to do business end user trainings, training materials are updated accordingly and support model for end user done with AMS partner and Service Manager. Taking active role of implementing Key User role to Enhancement process with process owners.
Responsible:
- Ownership of Key User concept and leading implementation with business stakeholders
- Define roadmap for Key User network improvements for all different aspects
- Defining way of working and tooling and implementing the process for improvements
- Ownership of SAP Enable Now training tool and planning future roadmap for solution
- Regularly update training materials and setting up following up
- Provide continuous learning opportunities for Key Users
- Change management and communication plan
- Close cooperation of business stakeholders, IM partners and IM organizations
- Set up governance model and clear objectives to measure performance
- Close collaboration with process owners in enhancement process implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the Key User network, ensuring clear role definitions and responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative and coherent Key User community.
- Establish regular meetings and communication channels for Key Users
- Change Management
- Training and Development:
- Ensure Key Users receive regular training and have access to necessary documentation
- Ensuring all training materials are updated accordingly
- Develop and implement training programs to increase Key Users' understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Regular collaboration with AMS partner to create visibility critical items and continue improvements
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Promote effective communication and collaboration among Key Users and other stakeholders.
- Ensure key users are visible and accessible within the organization.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the Key User network.
- Work with Key Users to develop and refine best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing Key User networks or similar communities.
- Proven record of implementation on new concepts, process development, defining ways of working and tooling alignment. Previous experience of setting up Key User Community is advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
