Technical Sales Engineer, Finland (and Estonia)
Leviat is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team, preferably based in Helsinki, focusing on construction, infrastructure, and precast concrete projects.

We are currently looking to grow our small but dedicated team in Finland. We are working closely with Leviat Sweden and are also part of that team.

Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer with a primary focus on brickwork support systems, you are responsible for driving sales and providing expert technical guidance across Finland and Estonia. Your role combines deep engineering knowledge with customer-facing responsibilities, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and design.

What are your tasks?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide technical consultation and support on brickwork support systems, including design input, installation guidance, and compliance with local standards.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, R&D, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events, promoting our brickwork support solutions and broader product portfolio
- Negotiate prices and terms
- Stay up to date with industry development, standards, and technical specifications
- Drive and participate in development projects
- Other administrational work may occur
- Comply with Leviat / CRH:s rules SHE/HMS and CRH:s Code of business conduct
Who you are!
Background
- Experience of a similar role or many years of sales experience
- History of working within the construction/building/Precast sector
- Fluent Finnish and good business English in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Driver’s licence
- Education background:Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering/Building Technology/Architectural Engineering/Construction Management (with technical focus)
Plus
- It is a plus if you have worked in SAP
- It is a plus if you are skilled in Swedish
- Sales training
