We are currently looking for an ICT-Specialist (ERP) to join Neova Group ICT. 

As an ICT Specialist (ERP), you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the ERP system and related business systems for Kekkilä-BVB’s activities in the Central Europe Business Area. You will work closely with third parties and the internal ICT teams of the Neova Group to ensure that the systems operate optimally and meet the needs of the business.

Main tasks:

• Developing, managing, supporting, and improving ERP for Kekkilä-BVB in Central Europe locations.
• Daily collaboration with external service providers to ensure agreed service levels.
• Supporting and guiding users in their daily tasks, gathering feedback, and implementing improvement ideas.
• Managing and prioritizing the development portfolio in cooperation with business stakeholders and the Neova Group ICT team.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology, Business Administration, IT, or a relevant educational background, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience working with ERP systems, particularly with Dynamics 365 & F&O, with a strong understanding of ERP functionality and business processes in manufacturing and/or process industries.
• Strong ICT management and service management skills (including ITIL).
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)

Additional information

In this role you will report to the ICT Business Relationship Manager for the Central Europe Business Area.

The role is hybrid, with your office location in De Lier or Grubbenvorst/Venlo, the Netherlands. Flexible working hours and partial remote work options are available.
