We are looking for a SAP MM / eWM specialist for our ERP and SAP Competence center team in the Nordic & Baltic regions. The position is based in Helsinki, with the possibility to work in some other location in Southern Finland.

In this role you will work in a team of professionals responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP modules related to procurement, materials management, and warehouse management. This role involves overseeing supply chain processes within the SAP system, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing valuable expertise to the P2P and IM/EWM function.

You will be part of ERP Team and SAP Competence team serving Nordic and Baltic countries including Ukraine. Your main responsibility is the consulting tasks of the SAP system in the MM/eWM modules for developments, projects, and incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on SAP MM-EWM solutions to align with strategic business goals.
• Document and update business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Deliver ongoing support and training programs.
• Lead or participate in projects and process development initiatives.
• Collaborate within the SG global GDI ERP SAP CC team and business teams.
• Stay updated on digital development trends to meet business needs.
• Align tasks, demands, and projects with company objectives.
• Manage SAP PO-MM-EWM configurations, ensuring compliance and integration with other SAP streams.
• Ensure process compliance with regulations and internal controls

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience in customizing SAP ECC6 or S4 systems and integrations.
• Background in SAP Purchasing, Inventory, eWM Management, or Material Management, with familiarity in Fiori solutions.
• Expertise in SAP customizing and functionalities.
• Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow and O365.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data and business logic for analysis development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to optimize business processes using SAP functionality.
• Attention to end-to-end processes and a commitment to documentation.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Expertise in SAP IBP is seen as a plus.
